Okay. Firstly. What is with everyone having the surname "Sheppard" (in it's various spellings) on TV? It makes me scream! I just found another one. Bah.

Okay! So updatingness....when did I last update?

Anyway. Monday I did zip - it was good, good stuff. Nothing is good.

Tuesday...Tuesday I got into the city at like 8 30am (YIKES) and met up with Ferm, Vanessa and Nibbly. We saw 'The Brothers Grimm" and it was so cool and weird and cool and weird. I liked the guy with the big white hair. He was cool. Also - the kitten scene? UNECESSARY! Bah! Tuesday night I went out for Nadean's 18th. We went to Fast Eddy's first - well, that's where eveyrone was meant to meet. When I got there (like 10 mins late, oops) it was Nadean, Daniela, Krista and me. Then Imran came. We ate some chips and had some milkshakes...then we went down to The Cott - a hotel bar/pub/club thing at Cottesloe Beach...right on the shore. Yay. It was fun - I had...a black label something (I forget drink names - GRRR)....and a Red Bull. I like Red Bull's a bit too much. But yay for sugar.

Wednesday...up early again...went to Nibbly's house. I got a lift with Chloe, who also lifted Daniela and Franca. Haha. We spent the day watching the OC, House (YAY), a bit of Macgyver, I made them all cry with Brian's Song, and...I think that's it! Wednesday night...oh yeah, haha, last night. I watched "Blind Justice" on TV. I liked it. I like the guy. He's hot. He played "Shep" (SHEPPARD!!!!) in ER many years ago.

Today, opening day, I saw Harry Potter. At the first, 10am screening. Hmm...not suer what I think of it yet. It was better than the last one, which I hated, especially due to their casting error - RALPH FIENNES IS REMUS LUPIN, DAMMIT, but he was cool as Voldemort. I think it was a bit rushed in the beginning, and they left out quite a bit. The Yule Ball wasn't that important and it got a lot of focus. Oh well. It made people cry too!! *snerk*

Also - I LOVE FRED AND GEORGE.

hmph. i'm totally not still sulking over 'brian's song' - i swear it, i'm not. it was just very, very sad. I watched a movie my dad rented out called Exodus. I think my parents are slightly psycho, like most Australian jews, I think. If there is a movie about jewish people released, then golly gosh, we all need to love it! I watched it, and it wasn't so great. It had Sal Mineo in it though, and whenever I think of him, I think of James Dean and how sad it was that all 3 of them from Rebel Without a Cause died so young. Wow, totally not the point. Anyway. Exodus. It was okay - it went on forever though. I was like, 'yay, jewishness, like me' but got over it pretty fast.

Okay. I must try to be coherent, but it's hard at the moment because I am absolutely distraught. But I will get onto that later, because I must try and recall other news.

Okay, so, trying to remember....

My Week So Far: (this is weird - I NEVER DO A LOT OF STUFF)

Monday: hmmm...what did I do? I can't remember. Too long ago. BUT I WENT OUT. I DID. I swear it! Or did I....? I'm sure I did.

Tuesday: was Jonathan Rhys Meyers Day (I think I've talked about this before. So I won't again.)

Wednesday: Fern and I went to see Corpse Bride (yes, I've talked about this too)....then on Wednesday night was my graduation dinner (at the very swanky restauraunt in Kings Park) where we all got dressed up all formal-like and had a nice dinner with some dancing. The dinner was nice, but the one waiter guy was even nicer (nudge nudge wink wink). Fern, being Fern, totally picked up my camera when he was clearing something at our table (or the one next to ours) and snapped a picture of him - AND HE TOTALLY SAW HER DOING IT. We talked, watched a funny slideshow of everyone's old school photos, and did some dancing.

The final song played was a Robbie Williams one. Fern=screaming. Laurem=ITS MY NEW OBSESSION.

It was very sad when it was time to leave. I will never see most of those people ever again.

Thursday: I got dropped off at Daniyellum's house eeaaarly in the morning, we, uh, did stuff then caught the bus to school to do our clearance forms. Of course, half the teachers weren't there. They made a spelling error in my reference sheet. Apparently I like to mplay netball. there is no such word as MPLAY. Then Chloe's mum dropped us back at Daniela's house, where we ate her nice pasta and bummed about. TWAS FUN.

Friday: (horray, that's today!) Ferm came over and we had Atlantis Day. Yay for squealing over Atlantis and Rodney and John and Cute Canadian Control Room Guy! HE IS SO ADORABLE.

Also, Jenna came back from camp. Bah. What a pain. She's all "I am sick and pathetic so I can't do anything." Except of course, eat ice cream and SIT ON THE INTERNET AND WATCH MOVIES.

Okay, so since I'm lame and lazy and didn't go out tonight, I decided (coersed the parents) to rent some movies. All of the good stuff was gone, so I just picked random movies. I got Jenna some crapness, my dad rented some other crapness, I rented 'thoughtcrimes' again - BECAUSE JOE IS HOT AND THIS ISN'T MY THIRD TIME HIRING IT, I SWEAR. And, because I'm in love with Sean Maher (Simon from Firefly and Serenity) I grabbed Brian's Song when I saw it.

                                                                  Oh. My. God.

I will put it under a cut if some people haven't seen it and plan on it. Because.
