So I have myself an appointment at the doctors this afternoon. I don't think it's really my wisdom tooth that is bothering me - I think it may have cut the back of my mouth and it spread from there. I don't know. Hopefully the doctor will tell me, and prescribe me some antibiotics. In the meantime!
This morning I lugged down to Galleria to a)Get a box of chocolates and gift bag b) Get a Boost Juice (since eating FOOD is an issue) c) Go to work and give Jasmine her birthday present d) Visiting a chemist to BUY SOME LOVELY PAINKILLERS (oh nurofen plus, HOW I LOVE YOU!)
I did those things, along with: d) Being totally suckered in to buying this awesome facewash/body wash/moisturiser/all in one EVERYTHING stuff e) Buying a muffin f) Buying a book entitled From Baghdad, With Love - a book about some Marines who found a little puppy in Iraq, and felt sorry for him and kept him. WHICH IS SO ADORABLE I COULD DIE.
In other news, I'm apparently still not studying, which means I am going to just FAILFAILFAIL exams. I am just hoping for a pass right now. Next semester? IT WILL BE DISTINCTIONS AND HIGH DISTINCTIONS. Because now I understand.

Look. Okay. Thanks a whole bunch, Anderson Cooper, buddy, for making me look like a real moron on the bus. Note to others: his book? NOT BUS READING MATERIAL. I may or may not have gotten all teary eyed. A bit. A lot. I bought the book this morning. I finished reading it a couple of hours ago. I CANNOT STOP THINKING ABOUT IT. I'm more than slightly convinced the guy must be suffering some form of PTSD or something. But! It was all so sad.
And! And! He writes magnificently. It was all just so...perfectly explained and detailed enough and created such a vivid picture that yeah, tears on a bus.
Besides the crying, I did laugh a few times! My favourite funny!line was between him and his camera man, in relation to Star Wars. Anyway. When I am finished being a moron over this book (IT IS GOOD. FLIST GO OUT AND BUY IT IMMEDIATELY) I will write coherently about it. Today is not that day.
